This week brought a pretty clear pattern: trust is getting compressed. Product teams want smoother, more agentic customer journeys (often with AI making decisions in the loop), while regulators are moving from “show me your policies” to “show me the outcomes.” The result is that auditability is no longer a compliance afterthought—it’s becoming a platform requirement, right alongside reliability and cost.

We published a cluster of pieces that all orbit the same engineering reality: outcome-based regulation turns architecture into evidence.
